At Monveriq S.R.L. (hereinafter «Monveriq», «we») we are committed to protecting the personal data of our users and subscribers. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, process, store and protect the personal information gathered through the site monveriq.com, in compliance with Law No. 172-13 on the Comprehensive Protection of Personal Data of the Dominican Republic.

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide when filling in our newsletter subscription form: name and email address. Additionally, we may collect technical browsing data (IP address, device type, browser and country of origin) when you grant your consent through the cookie banner.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to: (a) send you communications about new real estate crowdlending projects and platform updates; (b) measure interest and behaviour on the site in an aggregated way; (c) comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations in the Dominican Republic.
